Henry Abrahams (Physiotherapist)

As a Physiotherapist (MSc) and a Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with a BSc in Sports Science, I benefit from a combination of Physiotherapy skills and ten years fitness-training experience with both groups and individuals.

I am passionate about health and fitness and the physiological and psychological benefits of regular exercise, movement and nutrition.

As part of my role at the clinic I work closely with the University of Bristol Performance Squad athletes and coaches. All squad athletes visit the clinic for their full body screening at the start of the acedemic year and I also lead their weekly mobility session.

I spent a season at Bath Rugby Club working with players from the junior academy right through to senior international players. I now work alongside the British Men's Rowing Team at training camps throughout the year.

I am a keen sportsman and regular skier, road cyclist, mountain biker, runner and triathlete.
