How do I book and pay for my appointment
- Book via Online form
- Once you are booked for treatment, we will send you a detailed email with instructions prior to your appointment.
- Payments can be made by logging into your online account Online Member account
What to expect at my appointment?
- Our clinicians will be wearing full PPE throughout your appointment
- Temperature check will be taken by your clinician upon arrival
- Please wear a face covering while on University campus
Cancellations
Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or re-arrange an appointment. Cancellations within 24hours will incur a £20 cancellation fee. Failure to attend your appointment without contacting us will incur a charge for the full appointment fee.
Not only did I receive accurate diagnosis of my problem, but I was also informed of the precise bio-mechanical reason for it in an easy-to-understand manner, which allows me to visualize what effect the exercises I have been prescribed are doing to help me. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and concisely. Very good service, and not at all difficult to book. The team at the front desk are very helpful!
