Neuroimaging Data
ALSPAC has collected neuroimaging data on ~900 G1 participants (original children) acquired at sub studies between 18-24 years of age. Variables derived from these studies can be found in this documentation: MRI variables (PDF, 7,002kB).
The scan data is also available on request (subject to a cost recovery fee). This includes acquisition of structural, functional and magnetization transfer magnetic resonance, diffusion tensor, and magnetoencephalography imaging. The resource provides a unique opportunity to combine neuroimaging data with extensive phenotypic and genotypic measures from participants, their mothers, and fathers.
