Electron Tomography (ET) enables reconstruction of a 3D image from 2D TEM images of biological samples, either at ambient temperature or cryo-EM. This is achieved by imaging a tilt series of 2D images using TEM which are then aligned and combined digitally.

Both our Talos L120C and FEI T20 TEMs are equipped for electron tomography.
