Volume EM
Volume EM (vEM or 3D EM) comprises a range of different techniques which allow a reconstructed 3D image of intracellular ultrastructural detail to be created.
The Wolfson Bioimaging Facility has a growing capacity to support different volume EM approaches with its high specification TEM and SEM.
