Support for students who might need extra help due to physical or mental health conditions.

What is disability support?

Disability support is confidential help for students who have a wide range of disabilities, learning difficulties and other health and mental health conditions.

You do not need to see a doctor to access disability support, but sometimes they will ask you to speak to a doctor to confirm what problems you are having, as we do not share information with the University without your consent.

You might be able to get free help with equipment, extra time in exams, a support worker or other adjustments to help you achieve your potential.
