University of Bristol graduates can continue to make use of our print collections and JSTOR/Sage access for independent learning after graduation.
Day Reader pass
If you only need to visit the library once or an infrequent basis, it would be quickest and easiest to apply for a Day Reader pass to the Arts and Social Sciences Library.
Graduate Visitor Card (free)
If you need continued access to the library, apply for a year’s free access to the Arts and Social Sciences Library.
- Access to the Arts and Social Sciences Library and Wills Memorial Library during staffed hours
- Request books from other libraries for consultation
eResource access is not included
To apply:
- Download and complete the Alumni Application Form 2022 (Office document, 32kB)
- Send it to lib-access@bristol.ac.uk with a passport-style photograph
We aim to make your card available for collection from the Arts and Social Sciences Library within 10 working days.
Graduate Borrower Card (£60 per year)
If you need to borrow books, apply for a paid Graduate Borrower Card.
- Access to the Arts and Social Sciences Library and Wills Memorial Library during staffed hours
- Request books from other libraries for consultation
- Borrow up to 20 books simultaneously
eResource access is not included.
