Stat-JR manuals
Stat-JR currently has six supporting manuals:
- Stat-JR TREE Quick-start Guide 1.0.7: this manual provides a 'quick-start' guide to Stat-JR, via its TREE (Template Reading and Execution Environment) interface;
- A Beginner's Guide to Stat-JR's TREE interface version v1.0.7: this is an introduction to Stat-JR's menu-driven TREE (Template Reading and Execution Environment) interface;
- Stat-JR DEEP eBook Reader and Authoring Guide v1.0.6: this introduces Stat-JR's DEEP (Documents with Embedded Execution and Provenance) interface, in which users can 'read' dynamic eBooks, and also includes guidance on authoring such eBooks as well;
- An Advanced User's Guide to Stat-JR version v1.0.7: this manual looks 'under the bonnet' of the Stat-JR system, and provides guidance for those wishing to write their own templates.
- Stat-JR LEAF Workflow Guide for Stat-JR v1.0.7: this is a self-contained guide on using the Stat-JR LEAF (Logging and Execution of Analysis Flows) workflow system.
- Developing a statistical analysis assistant using the Stat-JR software system v1.0.7: this manual provides a guide to using a statistical analysis assistant implemented in the Stat-JR software. The following downloads are provided to support this manual:
- 3-level normal response hierarchical model with IGLS using forward pass selection with Likelihood ratio tests (alevchem.pdf)
- 3-level normal response hierarchical model with IGLS using full forward/backwards selection with Likelihood ratio tests (alevchemffb.pdf)
- 1-level binary response model with IGLS using forward pass selection with Wald tests (bang1lev.pdf)
- 2-level binary response model with IGLS using forward pass selection with Wald tests (bang2lev.pdf)
- 2-level binary response model with MCMC using forward pass selection with Wald tests (bangmcmc.pdf)
