Where to go for help with IT.

Summer break

IT Services, including the IT counter, will be available to support you over the summer break.

If you are travelling over the break, check your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings. Update and take all relevant devices with you to make sure you don’t lose access to our online systems.

  • Our virtual IT Service Desk is here to help with your IT queries and issues both on and off campus.
  • The Student Laptop and Mobile Clinic provides advice and support to students for personally owned devices and connecting to University services. 
  • You can also visit the IT Counter in the Arts and Social Sciences Library for help with University IT owned hardware and software, services, as well as the collection/return of University owned IT equipment. 
  • Help and support on a wide range of topics is available on our IT Service website.
