Virtual classes

VIRTUAL BODYCOMBAT

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, you may burn up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

VIRTUAL BODYBALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy.

VIRTUAL CX WORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.

VIRTUAL RPM

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.


Instructor-led classes

ABSOLUTION

A class to improve posture and stabilisation, you will use exercises that work the abs, obliques, back and deep core muscles.

AEROBICS

A cardio-based class which combines a variety of high impact exercises to raise your heart rate and improve your overall fitness. A lower impact section of the class will help improve overall muscle tone.

BODY BALANCE

BODYBALANCE™ is a Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates inspired workout that builds flexibility and strength. Focusing on controlled breathing, mindful practice and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODY COMBAT

A non-contact, high-energy martial arts inspired workout. There are no complex moves to master - you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness!

BODY PUMP

BODYPUMP™ barbell classes will sculpt, tone and strengthen your whole body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, gain strength, endurance and lean body muscle.

BODY CONDITIONING

A low impact full-body workout which uses dumbells to build strength and tone in a fun and friendly way. The weights you use can be chosen based on your own ability.

BREATH-FLOW YOGA

This class is an exploration of mind, body and breath. Invite curiosity to the living ecology of you, through moving the body and sensing the grooves of the mind. Expect to learn the use of breath and posture, to release tension and develop your awareness.

CARDIO ABS

Build a stronger core with this mat-based 30-minute class that will push your muscular endurance to the limit.

CIRCUITS

Circuit training is a full-body workout that will improve your athletic power and aerobic fitness. Working against the clock, you will work your way around a number of stations, featuring a wide range of weighted, equipment-based exercises.

DANCE FIT

80’s aerobics meets commercial jazz in this high-energy, high-impact class. This class has three key components; a classic aerobics intro, a full-body toning section and a taught dance routine. Simple but sweaty, this class is for those looking to get the most fun out of fitness.

EMBODIED YOGA

This class teaches you to move your body with deep consciousness. All levels of experience are welcome, this class will be taught from a kramic (step) approach to enable you to find your own way with the postures. 

FITNESS PILATES

Creates balanced lean and strong muscles around the abdominals hips and back. Focusing on any postural imbalances, increasing muscular strength, flexibility and overall well being. Suitable for all levels as options are given.

GRIT

GRIT is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

HATHA FLOW YOGA

A steady-paced class with music, suitable for everyone with lots of guidance and adaptations offered to suit your needs. We will flow through and hold various postures with a focus on our breath and finding more steadiness and ease in our bodies & more space in our minds 

HATHA FLOW YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

A class for everyone! Brand new to yoga? Looking to refresh your practice? Returning after injury or illness? In this class we explore the four cornerstones of yoga practice, Breath, Postures, Relaxation & Philosophy, taught in a relaxed and practical way with a lot of guidance & support.

H.I.T & ABS

A high-impact, high-intensity workout with a focus on abdominal exercises.

H.I.T WORKOUT

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Get ready to punch, kick, run and jump your way to an endorphin high. All abilities are welcome, exercise options will be given throughout.

KRAMA VINYASA YOGA

An energetic breath-led yoga flow suitable for all levels. Steps offered to guide you toward more advanced postures.

PURE ABS

A class to improve posture and stabilisation, you will use exercises that work the abs, obliques, back and deep core muscles.

SPINNING

Boost your cardiovascular fitness in this 45-minute workout on a static bike. No previous experience or skill needed - just bring good energy! Spinning takes you through a varied cycle journey building endurance, speed and recovery powers.

SWISS BALL ABS

A class concentrating on working the muscles of the abdominals and back using a large inflatable ball. This class will help improve your balance, muscular strength and full-body flexibility. 

TUMS, BUMS & THIGHS

A low impact workout that will strengthen your lower body, including your legs, glutes and abdominal muscles. Suitable for any level of fitness.

TOTAL TONE & BARBELL

Using light to moderate weights and a small step this class offers a low impact total body workout suitable for every level of fitness.

XPRESS HIIT

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Get ready to punch, kick, run and jump your way to an endorphin high. All abilities are welcome, exercise options will be given throughout.
