Virtual classes

BODYCOMBAT

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, you may burn up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYBALANCE™

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy.

GRIT™

GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

Sh'Bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout – no dance experience required.  

SPRINT

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

THE TRIP™

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally created worlds.

 


Instructor-led classes

Aerobics

A cardio-based class which combines a variety of high impact exercises to raise your heart rate and improve your overall fitness. A lower impact section of the class will help improve overall muscle tone.

Asthanga Yoga

With the use of different postures, breathing and relaxation techniques this session will help to realign the body, lengthen neglected muscles and noticeably tone your physique. 

Beginners Hatha Flow Yoga

A class for everyone! Brand new to yoga? Looking to refresh your practice? Returning after injury or illness? In this class we explore the four cornerstones of yoga practice, Breath, Postures, Relaxation & Philosophy, taught in a relaxed and practical way with a lot of guidance & support. 

BODYBALANCE™

BODYBALANCE™ is a Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates inspired workout that builds flexibility and strength. Focusing on controlled breathing, mindful practice and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses to music creates a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYCOMBAT

Body Conditioning

A low impact full-body workout which uses dumbells to build strength and tone in a fun and friendly way. The weights you use can be chosen based on your own ability.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ barbell classes will sculpt, tone and strengthen your whole body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, gain strength, endurance and lean body muscle.

Bootcamp

A high intensity class using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to get you fitter and stronger than ever before. Get ready to sweat and be pushed to your limits with a combo of HITT (high intensity interval training), circuits and drills. 

Breath-flow Yoga

This class is an exploration of mind, body and breath. Invite curiosity to the living ecology of you, through moving the body and sensing the grooves of the mind. Expect to learn the use of breath and posture, to release tension and develop your awareness.

Circuits

Circuit training is a full-body workout that will improve your athletic power and aerobic fitness. Working against the clock, you will work your way around a number of stations, featuring a wide range of weighted, equipment-based exercises.

Embodied Yoga

Linking yoga postures in a flowing sequence. Excellent for building CV fitness, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, mobility, stability for core and all major muscles group.

Fitness Pilates

Creates balanced lean and strong muscles around the abdominals hips and back. Focusing on any postural imbalances, increasing muscular strength, flexibility and overall well being. Suitable for all levels as options are given.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A steady-paced class with music, suitable for everyone with lots of guidance and adaptations offered to suit your needs. We will flow through and hold various postures with a focus on our breath and finding more steadiness and ease in our bodies & more space in our minds 

HITT Pilates

This structured and progressive class of bursts of fat burning, sweat producing and heart pumping effort for 30 seconds (HIT), followed up with Pilates exercises that teach good posture and form. It is a fast, fun, challenging but safe workout designed to help you build fitness, strength, core stability and lose weight.

HIIT Workout

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Get ready to punch, kick, run and jump your way to an endorphin high. All abilities are welcome, exercise options will be given throughout.

Kinga's Crazy Core

Crazy Core is a class designed for everyone, starting from beginners to advanced.  If you would love to build core muscles and improve posture whilst enjoying fancy lights and energetic music this is the class for you. Each week we have a different routine and use a variety of equipment such as: weights, swiss balls, resistance bands and steps.  Each class is created with variety in mind, and it will fire up your core and challenge your abilities every week.

Krama Vinyasa Yoga

An energetic breath-led yoga flow suitable for all levels. Steps offered to guide you toward more advanced postures.

Pure Abs

A class to improve posture and stabilisation, you will use exercises that work the abs, obliques, back and deep core muscles.

Pilates XPress

All the benefits of our Studio Pilates but in a 30 minute session.

Spin & Abs

Combing the cardiovascular benefits of a spin class with the core strengthening benefits of an Ab class.

Spin Blast

All of the benefits of a normal spin class but for less time – increase your fitness in just 30 minutes.

Spinning

Boost your cardiovascular fitness in this 45-minute workout on a static bike. No previous experience or skill needed - just bring good energy! Spinning takes you through a varied cycle journey building endurance, speed and recovery powers.

Stretch

A class to help you stretch out your entire body muscle by muscle and leave you feeling re-aligned and loose!

Studio Pilates

A session designed to improve everyday performance by lengthening, stretching and toning the muscles. This classic mat Pilates class works the core and mind by focusing on realignments and improving posture. 

Swiss Ball Abs

A class concentrating on working the muscles of the abdominals and back using a large inflatable ball. This class will help improve your balance, muscular strength and full-body flexibility. 

Tums, Bums & Thighs

A low impact workout that will strengthen your lower body, including your legs, glutes and abdominal muscles. Suitable for any level of fitness.

TBT XPress

A shorter version of all of your favourite lower body strength and toning exercises.

Total Tone & Barbell

Using light to moderate weights and a small step this class offers a low impact total body workout suitable for every level of fitness.

Yogafit

With the use of different postures, breathing, and relaxion techniques, this session will help to realign the body, lengthen neglected muscles and noticeably tone your physique. 

Yoga for Wellness

Yoga practised regularly is a complete tonic for mind, body and overall wellbeing. Helping you gain more self-confidence & self-awareness, to enable better choices emotionally, mentally and physically. Yogalates

Yogalates is a freestyle combination of the gentle stretch and mindfulness of Fitness Yoga and the core strength building and posture awareness of Pilates.
