Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides a vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you may burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

H.I.T & ABS
A high-intensity workout with a hardcore abs section added in – max effort for max results!!
Like to burn 400 calories in a single 45min workout? This is the session for you, no skill needed just energy. Spinning takes you through a varied cycle journey building endurance, speed and recovery powers.
SWISS BALL ABS
Core conditioning class using the stability balls. Great for toning: abs, back & whole lower body area. This is a must for anyone looking to tone the body quickly & effectively whilst at the same time enjoying some great relaxation techniques all in one class.
TUMS, BUMS & THIGHS
Targets the areas you most want to improve, using your own body weight as resistance and incorporating a high degree of floor work.
DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW
Linking yoga postures in a flowing sequence. Excellent for building CV fitness, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, mobility, stability for core and all major muscle groups.
With the use of different postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques, this session will help to realign the body, lengthen neglected muscles and noticeably tone your physique.
80’s aerobics meets commercial jazz. This high-energy, high-impact class will include three components; a classic aerobics intro, a full-body toning section and a taught dance routine. Simple but sweaty, this class is for those looking to get the most fun out of fitness.
