When to pay your fees
When to make a payment and payment dates if you have set up an instalment plan.
You must pay your accommodation fees and tuition fees separately.
When you pay via your financial statement, you will be taken to our payment partner, Flywire, to complete your transaction.
When to pay your accommodation fees
An invoice will be available in your financial statement within 2 weeks of accepting your offer of accommodation.
Postgraduate students need to pay an amount in advance to accept their offer.
Students living in University accommodation for the full academic year
Pay in full on or before 26 September 2024 via your financial statement.
Or
Pay in instalments on the following dates:
- 26 September 2024: 40% of fee
- 27 January 2025: 30% of fee
- 24 April 2025: 30% of fee.
Set up an instalment plan by 12 September 2024 so payment is taken automatically on those dates.
If you do not set up a plan by Thursday 12 September, your accommodation invoice will automatically be split into the 3 instalments. You will have to make the payments manually via your financial statement.
Students living in University accommodation for Semester 1 only (September entry)
Pay in full on or before 26 September 2024 via your financial statement.

Students living in University accommodation for Semester 2 only (January entry)
Pay in full on or before 27 January 2025 via your financial statement.

Nomination properties (Deans Court, Woodland Court or Chantry Court)
If you live in one of our nomination properties (Deans Court, Woodland Court or Chantry Court) you will pay your rent directly to A2Dominion or Unite. You can pay in full or in instalments.
When to pay your tuition fees
If your fees are being paid by the Student Loans Company you do not need to make a payment.
International Foundation Programme (IFP) students
Pay in full on or before 24 October 2024 via your financial statement.
Or
Set up a payment plan to pay in two instalments on the following dates:
24 October 2024: 50% of your fee
27 January 2025: 50% of your fee.
A payment plan using direct debit must be set up by the relevant deadline.
Undergraduate students: Home and International
Pay in full on or before 24 October 2024 via your financial statement.
Or
Set up a payment plan to pay in two instalments on the following dates:
24 October 2024: 50% of your fee
27 January 2025: 50% of your fee.
A payment plan using direct debit must be set up by the relevant deadline.
Postgraduate students: Home
Pay in full on or before 1 November 2024 via your financial statement.
Or
Pay in three instalments manually on the following dates:
1 November 2024
1 February 2025
1 May 2025
Check your financial statement for the amount due at each instalment and to make a payment.
Postgraduate students: International
Pay in full on or before 24 October 2024 via your financial statement.
Or
Set up a payment plan to pay in two instalments on the following dates:
24 October 2024: 50% of your fee
27 January 2025: 50% of your fee.
A payment plan using direct debit must be set up by the relevant deadline.
Incoming Study Abroad students
Check if you have to pay tuition fees. If you do and you are here for the full academic year, you can pay in instalments. If you are here for one semester, you must pay in full via your financial statement.
