Spread the cost of your tuition and accommodation fees and pay in instalments.

Making payments

You must pay all University fees through Flywire, via card, bank transfer, direct debit and other methods. 

To pay, go to your financial statement and select ‘Pay Now’. This includes payments made on your behalf, by a friend or family member. 

You cannot pay directly into our bank account for security reasons. Be aware of scams and fake services.  Flywire is our only approved payment service.

Direct debit deadline

If you want to pay by direct debit, set up a direct debit instalment plan by: 

  • 10 September 2025 for your accommodation fees 
  • 13 October 2025 for your tuition fees.

Set up a direct debit 

You can automatically pay your University tuition or accommodation fees by setting up a direct debit payment plan. You should set up a new plan at the start of each year. 

Payments will leave your UK bank account, not your card, automatically on the due date. Once the direct debit it set up, you just need to make sure enough money is in your bank account by the payment due date. 

To set up a direct debit, go to your financial statement and select 'Create a payment plan'. Follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email. 

You must set up a direct debit payment plan by: 

  • 10 September 2025 (accommodation fees) 
  • 13 October 2025 (tuition fees). 

Year abroad students can set up a direct debit instalment plan for tuition abroad in the same way. 

Send payments manually 

You can also manually pay your University tuition or accommodation fees on or before every payment due date. You can do this in your financial statement.
