Food is not only an important performance tool but personal to the individual. Hence our approach will be tailored to your needs. This can come in the form of elevating practical skills such as cooking and food shopping, strategising nutrition for sporting competitions and other events to enhance performance and recovery, and supporting an individual’s relationship with food, optimising day-to-day nutrition to fuel for everyday life. 

The initial session aims to get to know you. After building a picture of your life and your current approach to nutrition, we will work out an individualised strategy to help you achieve your performance and health goals. 

The follow-up sessions are used to measure, adapt, and elevate the implemented nutrition strategy to ensure you receive ongoing support and progress toward your goals.

The Sports Nutrition service is available from 30 September 2024.
