Is there a third level of menu styles
Unfortunately this is a known limitation of the system. When designing for this system please bear in mind that it only has two levels of architecture. This will limit the tangential ability of tutorial authoring.
Is there any way to include Audio that isn't an RMA file?
The University of Bristol have developed an independent tutorial dealing with using alternative formats of audio and best practice in incorporating audio and video in your tutorials.
The character  appears in table cells that have no content
This can happen where a table cell is completely blank. If you then enter a space or any alpha numeric content in the blank table cell, this remedies the random insertion of characters.
My Dragster activity will not play
Please ensure you have followed the steps outlined in the dragster activity section of this tutorial. Specifically that you have transferred the files post generation of the course into the Wimba Create folder as instructed.
My table won't display properly, I am using some merged cells. What can I do?
The Wimba system does not support merged cells. This means you will have to use nested tables or separate headings to enact the same end product.
My Online Tutorial is taking a long time to generate and is making updating it difficult.
When constructing a large tutorial it with many different facets and media the generation process can slow down the ability to check minor revisions. If you are methodical you can separate the editing into smaller word documents by theme or section level and edit within these smaller documents. This will make the system more responsive.
How do I update a tutorial that is online already?
To update a Wimba Create Tutorial you will need the Microsoft Word original from which it was generated. This is why we recommend you include the MS Word file in zip folder when uploading any tutorial. I.e. so we can then download the document to enact revisions. You can copy and paste the tutorial into a new document but this is time consuming and inaccurate.

How do I get images to align right?
There have been some reported problems with aligning an image fully to the right hand side. Click on the image you wish to justify and from the home tab selct align right as if you setting your paragraph of text.
This will fully justify to the right hand side the style of your designated area.
