Campus Property

Our Campus Property team is responsible for the management of a diverse and dynamic property portfolio.

What we do

Campus Property is split into two sub-teams of Property Assistance and Property Management.

Property Assistance

The Property Assistance Team will assist with queries in relation to: 

  • payments (requisitions, purchase orders and invoices processed by Campus Property)
  • business rates, Council Tax and Business Improvement Districts (BID) levy
  • hard and soft copies of occupational agreements
  • property data held on systems such as Planon and Monday.com. 

Property Management

The Property Management Team will assist with queries in relation to:  

  • lease obligations
  • information regarding Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
  • service charge
  • lease events (key dates)
  • telecommunication agreements
  • general property management queries.
