Campus Development
Campus Development is responsible for the delivery of larger scale capital projects, space planning and campus property (acquisitions, disposals and asset management).

Campus Innovation
Campus Innovation provide support to all Campus Division teams and work closely with business partners across the University. Our work also focuses on operational sustainability, particularly the delivery of our scope 1 and 2 carbon net zero 2030 target and setting a target to reduce scope 3 emission.

Campus Operations
Staff in Campus Operations help to manage and maintain the University. We provide 24/7 care for students, staff and the campus, while minding our environmental impact.

We will continue to strengthen our inclusive and supportive environment and a diverse profile across the Division that correctly reflects our community. We raise awareness and embed a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) best practice across the Division.
People Plan
In 2023 we launched the Campus Division People. This is integral to the Divisional Plan and the University Strategy 2030. It supports us to deliver our key aims and manage shared challenges.
The Plan helps our staff to understand our commitment and showcases how the Division includes every individual. It acts as a one-stop-shop for resources, including wellbeing services, learning and development and information on EDI.
