Lauryn Jones

Master's by Research in Global Environmental Challenges student, School of Management

I joined the Cabot Institute in September 2020 under the School of Management after graduating BSc Geography at Bournemouth University. As someone who despises going grocery shopping due to being bombarded with unnecessary packaging, I decided to focus my research on tackling this problem. I will be looking at consumer attitudes towards package free shopping and the factors which influence them. I will also look at consumers behavioural intention to use this mode of shopping under different contextual scenarios in order to gain a better understanding of what the future of package free shopping could look like.

Aside from this I consider myself a proud ‘reducetarian’ and will commonly be found bargain hunting in charity shops.
