How to apply
There are three routes of application into the Master's by Research in Global Environmental Challenges. We always recommend reaching out to the supervisors before completing an application – contact details can be found on the project page through our Find a project directory.
1. Apply for a project
These research questions have been designed by the academic supervisors.
2. Apply for a challenge area
If the project you are interested in is a challenge area, it will be stated under the ‘How to apply’ heading on the project page. This option requires a research statement where you will shape the research area into a question that interests you.
3. Propose your own research project
If you cannot find a project that aligns with your research passion or expertise, you can propose your own project. This requires you to approach relevant academic supervisors and complete a research statement. If you have an idea but are unsure where to start with approaching supervisors, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
