Summer accommodation 2021

The Accommodation Office offers students self-catered accommodation in Bristol throughout the summer. This year, due to Covid-19, these slots are only available to University of Bristol students who are unable to find accommodation anywhere else.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic we are not able to offer general summer accommodation this year.  However, we do have a limited amount of summer accommodation that can be made available only to University of Bristol students who need somewhere to stay for a valid reason. Your reasons may include Covid-19 travel restrictions, house viewings or academic need to return.  The available accommodation is limited and we cannot yet confirm which of our residences you will be placed in.

All bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights. To book a room please email the Accommodation Office on with summer accommodation as the email title.  Please clearly state the dates that you require summer accommodation from and to, the reason that you need this accommodation e.g. Covid-19 travel restriction means that you are unable to return home and your budget for the accommodation.

What happens next?

If we are able to offer you accommodation we will email you to confirm your place.  Full accommodation and payment details will be sent once your offer is confirmed.
