The University of Bristol believes that its members of staff and students are its most important asset and is committed to promoting a positive working environment for all colleagues. As a School we strive to ensure that there are effective controls in place to reduce risks associated with its activities and that this extends to the management of occupational work-related stress.

The University of Bristol has developed (in partnership between the University and our Trade Unions) a Mental Health and Wellbeing Staff Strategy to provide a framework enabling the whole institution to support mental health and wellbeing.
