Phase one

To fully grasp the feasibility of this project, we are answering the following questions:

- To what extent can data linkage be achieved while limiting the use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)?

- How much information is collected by the key industry stakeholders, and, hence, what questions can be feasibly answered?

- What measures need to be in place to ensure confidentiality and maintain data utility?

- In partnership with a consortium of key industry stakeholders who collect data integral to investigating AMU and AMR in livestock, we are developing data linkage methods to investigate AMU and AMR in a meaningful way. We are using farm- and animal-level data and linking these across datasets provided by data owners.
