Equity involves allocating resources, support and opportunities to enable all individuals to be successful, and to eliminate barriers such as discrimination and bias.
Diversity is recognising, respecting and celebrating each other’s differences.
Inclusion means creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
We believe that bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, assault and discrimination are not acceptable. Students and staff can report something anonymously or get advice.
Staff can also offer feedback and suggestions to the school directly (Support, feedback, suggestions and questions (sharepoint.com)) staff only access
Stand Up Speak Out is a University-wide campaign to encourage students and staff to take action against bullying, harassment and other forms of unacceptable behaviour they may experience or witness.
