Opening times

You can call us on +44 (0)117 330 2720 Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:30 pm.
Our telephone lines are not open after 6:30 pm in the evenings or on Saturdays. If you call outside of our opening times, you will be directed to on-call services such as 111.

If we are closed and it's urgent call 111 - you can request a translator if needed.
If it's an emergency, call 999.

April Bank Holiday opening hours:

Friday 18 April: closed

Saturday 19 April: phone lines closed, pre-booked appointments only

Sunday 20 April: closed

Monday 21 April: closed

Tuesday 22 April: open 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Normal opening hours will resume on Wednesday 23 April.

How to access medical care when we are closed

For medical care on Tuesday 22 April between 8:00 am and 9:00 am and 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm, call the Emergency Line: +44 (0)117 330 2721.

Getting here

You can find us at Hampton House, St Michael’s Hill, Bristol BS6 6AU.

Evening opening (after 5pm): You will need to use the intercom on the ground floor to let us know you are here.

Bike

There are bike racks located directly outside Hampton House, to the left of the main entrance (see Streetview).

Bus

Service 72 (Temple Meads-UWE Frenchay) stops on Cotham Road just around the corner. Bus stops near Hampton House.

Car

Limited pay & display parking is available locally - see maps for Cotham (PDF) and Kingsdown (PDF). We do not have any dedicated patient parking at Hampton House.
