The Centre for Surgical Research, based in the University of Bristol, is a consortium led by the Bristol Medical School in collaboration with the UKCRN registered Bristol Trials Centre.

The Centre for Surgical Research hosts the Royal College of Surgeons Bristol Surgical Trials Centre and the Surgical Innovation theme of the NIHR Bristol Biomedical Research Centre and is closely linked to the University of Bristol Musculoskeletal Research Unit and the MRC Trials Methodology Research Partnership. Previously, the centre hosted the MRC ConDuCT-II (Collaboration and Innovation in Difficult Randomised Controlled Trials in Invasive Interventions) Hub.
