A UP193HE Deep-UV (193 nm) Excimer is the second generation of homogenised Eximer laser to be made by New Wave Research. This laser is capable of ablating spots from 4 to 365 µm in diameter with energy densities in excess of 35 J/cm2. The laser can be coupled to Neptune II or Element 2.
