TurningPoint can be installed on a UoB-managed PC from the Software Centre. If you can't see TurningPoint in your Software Centre, contact IT support. To avoid delays, include the PC's ‘IT number’, which should be displayed on a sticker on the PC.
TurningPoint is available in the Company Portal for NWoW laptops.
You can also install it by following the steps below:
To install TurningPoint on a personal laptop, contact IT support, asking them to supply you with the same version that is currently installed on the University's PCs.
All centrally-managed, and many locally-managed, teaching spaces have TurningPoint installed. If it is not available in a locally-managed teaching space that you use, request that it is installed by contacting IT support. If you can, include the PC's ‘IT number’ which should be displayed on a sticker on the PC.
These teaching spaces already have a TurningPoint receiver connected to the presentation PC. You should avoid plugging a second receiver in to a PC, as this will force a channel change in one of the receivers.
