Are you thinking about starting up a company to commercialise your scientific research? If so, you are likely to need investment to start up and grow your venture. Whatever stage you are currently at – whether you have a clear plan or just the beginnings of an idea – come along to the next Enterprise Roadshow to meet Parkwalk Investment Directors, Alun Williams and Cassie Doherty, and find out what investors look for and how to raise funding.

Parkwalk is the UK’s most active investor in the university spin-out sector investing in global sectors of strategic importance to UK Plc, such as life sciences, AI and quantum computing, advanced materials, genomics, cleantech, future of mobility, medtech and big data. It has invested in over 160 companies across its managed funds, including several University of Bristol spin outs such as Phasecraft, Zentraxa, Inductosense and Ceryx Medical.

From 2pm, there will be a limited number of one-to-one sessions for you to meet directly with Alun or Cassie to discuss your specific idea. These sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
