Catholic Doctrines on the Jewish People after Vatican II by Gavin D'Costa

9 January 2020

In this work Gavin D'Costa explores Roman Catholic doctrines after the Second Vatican Council regarding the Jewish people (1965 - 2015). He attends to three doctrinal questions: the efficacy of Jewish rituals in the light of early councils condemnations of such rituals; the significance of Israel in the light of the biblical promise of the land to the Jewish people; and the question of mission in relation to the Jewish people.
