Weddings

Just for you, there could be the perfect venue in the heart of Clifton, in the beautiful surrounds of Georgian and Victorian buildings, manicured gardens and wonderful hidden surprises – a shell-studded grotto, ornamental canal, statues and a fully restored rotunda.

You can experience this at Goldney House and Clifton Hill House. Both have stunning gardens, beautiful listed buildings, and some secret spaces that very few people in Bristol even know about, let alone have seen. Wow your guests with something truly different, fabulous food and personal service in a venue that is all yours for your special day.

Testimonials

"Thank you so much to Thandi who was so incredibly kind and helpful, she was so efficient and went over and above to make our wedding day perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Thandi! Parsnip Mash was also incredible and we got so much positive feedback from guests about how good the food was and also the professionalism of the staff. Thank you!"

"The Parsnips and Thandi were incredible. They made us feel so welcome and made the whole process so much less stressful! We could not have asked for a better team, it makes me a little emotional to think about it. They never made us feel like our questions were silly or demanding. I will miss them all but we are grateful we live so close to the venue."

           Rebecca & Remco - August 2023

"Thandi Dube did a fantastic job of helping us organise the event and making everything run smoothly on the day. Parsnip and Mash were brillaint, food top quality and everyone was polite. Great service!!"

"We really loved the Mahogany Parlour and Goldney Hall and I think if we were going to hold the wedding again we'd make the same choice of venue. Thandi was warm, friendly, helpful and always approachable."
