Meetings, Conferences & Events
The University’s Venues and Events team offers a wide choice of rooms, lecture theatres and exhibition spaces to accommodate small meetings and large events of up to 800 delegates. We have venues in Stoke Bishop, elegant Clifton and in and around the University campus itself.

Chemistry Building
A practical and flexible venue ideal for meetings, lectures and conferences on campus.

Clifton Hill House
Elegant Georgian rooms available in Clifton Village for functions and meetings. Overnight accommodation is available during the summer.

Queens Building
A combination of the university’s newest lecture theatres and more traditional rooms with a large airy foyer area make this an adaptable option on the campus.

Victoria Rooms
A large auditorium and several function rooms in a grand setting on campus.

Wills Memorial Building
A stylish, elegant space perfect for larger conferences and functions.

Priory Road Complex
A large, modern lecture theatre, together with smaller lecture theatres, seminar rooms and a large foyer area perfect for a larger conference on campus.

Wills Hall
A purpose built conference centre in Stoke Bishop, with accommodation available in the summer months.

Goldney Hall
The 18th century house suitable for smaller meetings and events, with landscaped gardens located in Clifton village.

Humanities Complex
A modern, bright and spacious building with a large lecture theatre, seminar rooms, a cinema room and a large foyer area.

I have worked at the University for over 15years and have NEVER had such a good experience as I did for our Faculty Board Away Day. Hannah, Bradley, Corey and the team could not have been more helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. The event was organised well and on the day the support the in house team offered was exemplary... The set up of the room looked inviting and professional. Everything was clean and technology was up to date. The delegates enjoyed the meeting and there was no 'unforeseen circumstances' for me to deal with. Catering was cleared away and replenished efficiently, quietly and to time. Staff were solicitous and helpful whenever I asked a question.
