Breathing Space is an experiential workshop. We will explore basic mindfulness techniques to help create stillness in everyday life. In creating stillness we can respond to difficult situations with a wider perspective and clarity of mind. Discover ways of finding space for yourself during your busy working day.

Breathing Space takes place in The Space, Centre for Sport, Exercise & Health, Tyndall Avenue, every third Wednesday of the month between 12.45pm-1.15pm.

No need to book but places are limited to 20.
