This evidence draws on their recent publication, ‘Pathways for advancing good work in food systems’ with colleagues Dr Nichol and Dr Klassen. The publication outlined nine principles for good work in food systems and emphasised the need for a people-centered incorporation of technology, and a re-valuation of food workers’ contributions to global food systems.
