Sun Check

Sun Check is a health promotion campaign helping University staff manage workplace health in the sun.

Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the world. If you are regularly outdoors for fieldwork, the increased sun exposure puts you at greater risk of developing skin cancer.

However, skin cancer is preventable. 90% of skin cancer deaths could be prevented by controlling exposure to UV.

The resources will help you protect yourself whilst working outdoors, learn how to check your skin, and manage workplace health in the sun.
