Experts in the Nutrition and Behaviour Unit conducted a study around productivity when eating in front of a computer screen. The findings show that eating in front of the computer screen could increase appetite and the speed at which we eat.
Professor Jeff Brunstrom, co-author of the study, says:
"Memory and attention play a key role in regulating appetite and the amount of food we consume".
Using this study as evidence, various experts in the field discuss the lack of awareness when eating, bad habits and provide some tips that could help.
