London Flavour Day, hosted by the 'UK Flavour Association', was held on 8 April 2024.
The event began with Prof. Jeff Brunstrom hosting a talk around his research, focussed around the role flavour plays in everyday dietary and food decisions. He suggested that the influence of social and cultural factors highly impacts our food choices.
