Dr Annela Seddon awarded University Research Fellowship

Dr Annela Seddon has been awarded a one year University Research Fellowship from the University of Bristol's Institute for Advanced Studies; these awards are made to enable academic staff to carry out a dedicated research project lasting 12 months. Starting in August, 2019, her project will focus on the use of experimental Small Angle X-ray Scattering data, and ab initio modelling of this data to understand liquid-liquid phase separation in biologically relevant systems, such as the clustering of proteins found in 'stress granules', which are a hallmark of neurodegenerative disease.
