The Institute of Physics’ 3 Minute Wonder is a science communication competition which challenges researchers in physics or a physics-related field to explain their work to the public in just three minutes. Each participant must pitch their original research to a panel of four judges and a non-specialist public audience.
The competition is run in regional heats and cash prizes are up for grabs for the winners. We wish Kate the best of luck in the final, which takes place at the Royal Institution on 22nd of May.
