Our excellent management and technical support were celebrated recently.  The first ever Professional Services Excellence Awards ceremony was held last week in the Anson Rooms. The University of Bristol's short list was selected from among over 270 nominations for 172 different members of staff.

Three School of Physics staff were highly commended; School Manager Jessica Inglis for her outstanding leadership, and Research Technicians Dr Stuart Bellamy (Bristol Centre for Nanoscience and Quantum Information) and John Nicholson (Interface Analysis Centre) for outstanding service to colleagues.
