The School of Physics welcomed 11 students for a week's work experience.

Work experience students

Computer programming, antigravity, and the Large Hadron Collider were all in a week's work recently, as the School of Physics welcomed 11 students for a varied work experience.

The students had a busy time - they attended talks, worked in the labs, and met PhD students whose research includes particle physics and cosmic rays, semiconductors and cryogenics.
