Recently Nicole Killat won the Best Student Paper award for her outstanding research.

Nicole Killat from the Center for Device Thermography and Reliability (CDTR), won the Best Student Paper Awardat CS ManTech for outstanding research on the impact of atomic step edges on the performance and reliability of AlGaN/GaN transistors. The prize was presented on Tuesday 14 May 2013 at the CS ManTech Conference in New Orleans, USA.

CS ManTech is a not-for-profit organization whose focus is to provide a forum for members of the compound semiconductor community.
