The Institute of Physics accreditation team visited the School of Physics at the end of January and have reaccredited all Physics programmes,  single and joint honours, for the next five years.

This means that all the degree programmes provide the necessary curriculum and skills to serve as a base which can lead to the award of Chartered Physicist Status. The panel concluded that the programmes “are high quality degrees”.
