Nicole Killat of the Applied Spectroscopy Group was awarded the Best Student Paper - Honourable Mention Award at CS ManTech conference in Boston, USA.

Steve Mahon of CSMantech awards Nicole Killat her prize

Nicole Killat, a member of the Center for Device Thermography and Reliability (CDTR),  was awarded the Best Student Paper- Honourable Mention Award at CS ManTech for her work on Impact Ionization in AlGaN/GaN HEMTs with InGaN Back-Barrier. The prize was presented on Tuesday April 24th 2012 at the CS ManTech Conference in Boston, USA.
