Postgraduate Commendation for Dr Jonathan Matthews

Dr Jonathan Matthews has been awarded a Postgraduate Commendation from the Faculty of Science for his outstanding PhD thesis.

Dr Jonathan Matthews, a Research Assistant in the Centre for Quantum Photonics,  has been awarded a Postgraduate Commendation from the Faculty of Science for his outstanding PhD thesis, ' Multi-Photon Quantum Information Science and Technology in Integrated Optics'.

"A significant number of our PhD students make truly outstanding contributions in their chosen field of research. The Faculty of Science marks such exceptional achievement by awarding a ‘Faculty of Science Commendation’ to those PhD theses that are deemed outstanding by the Examiners. This accolade is achieved by about 10% of our PhD students."
