Dr Michael Naughton talked about the need for anonymity for suspects of crime on BBC 1's The One Show. He emphasised the harm that victims of justice can experience when justice goes wrong and the need to keep in mind that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty by reliable evidence.
