Start thinking about your supervisor relationship
Your supervisor has a fundamental role in supporting you throughout your degree. Familiarise yourself with the PGR agreement of principles for Supervision and complete our online course on 'Developing an effective relationship with your Supervisors.'

Meet your colleagues
If there is one, sign up for the specific induction session organised by your department/school (they will contact you). You will learn about the essentials relevant to your research area and how to navigate any restrictions.
