Extensive plotting facilities are available. The basic plot specification window is as follows:

We can change the configuration of any graph in terms of colour, symbols, lines etc. We can superimpose graphs, lay them out in patterns (such as trellis plots), label them, identify points or lines on them in terms of data units and copy and paste them to other applications.

If we have a model with pupils within schools; we may specify the prediction:

This will create a prediction line for each school and stack the predicted values in the variable sch_pred.
