Arf6 active sensor (myrGFP-GGA3 GBD), Sci. Signaling 2009

The position of the majority of active Arf6 was determined by dividing the T cell into three sections of equal length along the cellular axis parallel to the direction of cell movement (excluding the uropod because of its greatly varying length) or perpendicular to the interface. If the majority of Arf6 was fully contained within one of the sections it was scored 1, 2, or 3 with increasing distance form the leading edge of the T cell or the interface. If the majority of Arf6 was positioned on one of the internal section boundaries it was scored 1.5 or 2.5, respectively.
