We’re delighted to introduce Dr Yulei Wu, BDFI’s new Associate Professor in Digital Twins for Future Connectivity Infrastructures. Dr Wu is hosting a seminar on 18 October at the Engine Shed on Network Digital Twins.

In this fascinating talk, Dr Wu will explore how network digital twins can replicate the communication network, along with the operating configurations and application traffic that the network carries.

A network digital twin can be used to understand, learn and reason complex physical infrastructure, including both network devices and processes in a cost-effective way. Dr Wu will explain how it has been considered as a viable means to deliver future communication networks such as 6G.
