Holger Goerlitz continues as a visiting research fellow

Holger Goerlitz has won a Research Fellowship of the German Research Foundation which the starts today to continue work at the School of Biological Sciences.

Holger Goerlitz has won a Research Fellowship from the German Research Foundation which he starts today to continue work in the School of Biological Sciences. For the next two years, Holger will be working with Marc Holderied and Luca Giuggioli to investigate the spatio-temporal dynamics of acoustic communication networks. He will use field experiments and spatial modelling to study how echolocating bats communicate and orient in free-flying groups. His research is additionally supported by an ASAB research grant.
