Monthly coffee and cake mornings
Each month a different lab hosts an all-school coffee morning and showcases their home baking skills.

We hold a bi-annual away day for all our staff, with short presentations from staff across the school and close with a dinner or bbq

We have several annual celebrations throughout the year when the whole school get together

Seminars and international speakers
We host eminent speakers from across the globe on our School Seminar Series and have monthly research-in-progress talks from our own research staff - followed with drinks and pizza!

Pets as Therapy visit
September 26th 2019 saw the first Pets as Therapy session. Organised by the School of Biochemistry, in association with HR, 4 volunteers with their beautiful dogs came to the Atrium of the Life Sciences Building to de-stress Staff and Students alike. Look out for future session dates!
